01. Book your free consultation
During this zero-obligation free consultation, we’ll discuss your business needs, your goals, review your inspiration photos and overall aesthetic, discuss budget and timeline and overall see if we’re a good fit. We get to know you personally, not just your business, to ensure you are comfortable.

02. Review custom proposal
Taking what we learned from you during the consultation, we’ll put together a proposal that includes dates and times, pricing options, etc. You can review the proposal, pay the deposit and sign the contract all in one place in less than 5 minutes.

03. Planning Phase
We take care of everything so all you have to do is show up at the shoot. We’ll get to work booking locations and talent (if needed) for your shoot. For those with advanced packages, we’ll assist with outfit planning and styling, offering mood-boards with outfit sources etc. Whether you need quiet, focused, private setting like a studio with just the photographer, or you feel best with a team of helpers at various exciting locations, we’ve got you.

04. Shoot Day
We take care of everything so all you have to do is show up and be cute (very easy for you because you’re already the cutest, obviously). Whether we are shooting at our preferred studios here in Austin, Texas or at a far away destination, we’ll make sure everything runs smoothly. We believe in building up your self-esteem and make sure we tell you exactly how to pose, letting you review along the way to make sure you’re loving the results. Our approach is low-stress, go-with-the-flow, while respecting your time.

05. File delivery
One week after your shoot, your images (and videos, if added) are ready to be reviewed! We will show you our top favorites and the editing style we’ve customized to meet your brand standards. You review to make sure everything is in alignment with your needs, we make necessary tweaks, and finish your artwork. Once finished, you’ll receieve your images via online delivery through your method of choice (Google, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Etc.) You’ll receive the edited files in two formats- high resolution for printing, low-resolution for your website and social media.

06. Project ends
But the fun isn’t over! As a client of Studio Klaren, You now have first dibs to all future photoshoot openings and special promotions. You’ll also get access to our VIP collection of business resources for clients-only. We’ll continue to be a resource for you to have in your back pocket, happy to assist on any future projects- like showing you our proven method of using the content we made together to double your sales with social media management. Hooray!
