What do I need before we start on my website & brand?
Before diving into creating magic together, I'll need all your content goodies – think images, website copy, the works. Don't worry, I've got your back! I'll walk you through my Design-Prep Checklist, which I kindly ask you to submit one week before we kick off your design week.
How long does the branding & website process take?
It depends on your needs, where you are at in your business and the level of customization needed. We offer free consultations for all services. Book one here.
Can I upkeep my new website on my own once we're done?
Yes! Absolutely. Your new website will be delivered via Squarespace, an incredibly intuitive design platform that is easy to use and will stand the test of time. Any tweaks and changes you desire can happen at the click of a button (whether you’re an espert designer or a newbie!). It’s user-friendly, drag and drop interface offers a super customizable experience, while maintaining luxurious design look & feel. I want to set you up to run your business at your own pace and not have to wait on ANYONE to make small changes that you can easily do yourself over your morning cup of coffee to keep the ball movin. That’s why I think Squarespace is the perfect fit for us! Plus, the folks at Squarespace have an amazing Help team that responds quickly to any questions you may have. And of course, I’ll be here for you any time you need it.

Do you require a payment to book?
Yes! Because I often have clients eager to get their websites up and running ASAP, a non-refundable $500 deposit is required to secure your design week on my calendar. When we book your design week, that time slot is exclusively reserved for you, meaning I won't book anyone else during that period. The non-refundable retainer fee ensures that we honor the commitment we've made to you and our other valued clients.
I don’t know how to use Squarespace or Showit, can you teach me ?
Yes! I love this part. I'll provide personalized training to empower you to confidently manage your new site as your business continues to grow. This ensures that you have all the tools and knowledge you need to make updates and edits whenever you want- saving you tons of time and money in the future.
How much will my website cost to maintain?
In both my paokages, your first year of Squarespace is completely complementary and comes with a free domain. After the year is up, you’ll need to pay the standard rates Squarespace offers. You can pay monthly or annually and they always have their prices updated on their website so you can budget in advance.
